RoSy APMS is a powerful pavement management system for the strategic and cost-effective maintenance planning of airport pavements. The APMS provides systematic analysis of condition data, optimum intervention timing and a reliable basis for medium- and long-term budget planning allowing transparent decisions and reliable budgeting of maintenance funds. RoSy APMS complies with international standards such as ASTM and ICAO. The system is based on Sweco’s profound experience with systematic pavement maintenance, data collection and assessment of pavements, which is based on the PCI method (Pavement Condition Index) as described in ASTM Standard D53-40, FAA and US Army Corps of Engineers.
